Before you ask

Ordering & Sizing

How does the fit run — should I size up or down?

2AM pieces are cut oversized and heavyweight on purpose. Stay true-to-size for the full intended silhouette; size down one if you'd rather it sat closer. Every product page carries its own measurements table — check that rather than guessing from your usual size in another brand.

I'm between two sizes. Can you just tell me?

Yes — email chrisclm713@gmail.com with the piece and your usual size and you'll get a straight answer, usually the same day. Since everything is made to order, getting the size right before you buy matters more here than at a normal shop.

Why do sizes show as sold out instead of disappearing?

Deliberate. A size that silently vanishes reads as a broken page, not as sold out. Grayed-out and struck-through tells you it exists and just isn't available right now. Stock is re-checked against the printer whenever you open your bag, so an item that sold out after you added it gets flagged there rather than failing at checkout.

What's the "Notes" box on a product for?

Optional free text for special requests — it comes through with your order. It isn't a guarantee of custom work; if you're asking for something specific, email first so you know whether it's doable before you pay.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days through the print partners, Printify and Tapstitch, plus carrier transit on top. Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves the printer. Printify-fulfilled pieces typically land in 3–7 days total; Tapstitch cut-and-sew pieces in 3–5.

Where do you ship to?

The United States. Checkout is built around US addresses, so international orders aren't supported at the moment.

What does a preorder mean?

The piece isn't in production yet. Your card is charged at checkout and the product page shows the expected ship date. If that date moves in a meaningful way you'll be emailed, and you can cancel for a full refund at that point.

Returns & Refunds

What happens if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and you'll get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You don't send anything back; there's no return warehouse, because every piece is printed for its own order. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return something that doesn't fit, or that I changed my mind about?

Not at the moment, and it's worth being straight about why: made-to-order means the piece was printed specifically for your order, so there's nothing to restock and nowhere to send it back to. That's the trade-off that keeps drops small. Use the size guide, or email before ordering and get a real answer on sizing — that part is free and it's the actual fix.

The print sits slightly off from the mockup. Is that a defect?

Direct-to-garment printing has a placement tolerance of about half an inch, so small variation is normal rather than a fault. Color also shifts a little between a screen and real fabric. If it looks well outside that, send a photo anyway — it'll get looked at properly.

Payment & Privacy

Is checkout secure? What payment methods do you take?

Checkout runs entirely through Square, encrypted end to end. Your card details go straight from your browser to Square — 2AM never sees or stores a card number, only whether the payment succeeded. Prices are in USD.

Do you track me or use cookies?

No. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixels. Your bag is kept in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device unless you actually place an order. The full breakdown, including the three outside services your browser does contact, is on the Cookie Policy page.

What do you do with my email?

Order emails, and drop announcements only if you asked for them. It isn't sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. Ask and it gets deleted. See the Privacy Policy.

WARDROBE & Rewards

What is WARDROBE?

2AM's companion app. Every order includes an activation code per item that links the piece to your closet in the app — track wear, build outfits, and see your collection in one place. Codes are emailed the moment payment clears, and shown on your confirmation screen. Open WARDROBE → Add Clothes → enter the code.

How do 2AM Rewards work?

One point per dollar spent. At 100, 250, 500 and 1000 lifetime points a reward coupon unlocks automatically. Check your balance from the Rewards box on the About page using the email you ordered with. Points have no cash value and the program's terms can change — that's spelled out in the Terms.

The Brand

Who actually makes 2AM?

It's independently run, start to finish — every piece, every email, every late-night decision. Garments are produced by print partners (Printify and Tapstitch); the designs, the site and the support inbox are all one person's.

How often do new pieces drop?

There's no fixed schedule and no countdown. New pieces appear in the catalog quietly when they're ready. Join the drop list on any page if you'd rather hear about it than keep checking.

How fast do you reply to emails?

Every email is read personally, usually answered the same day. There's no ticket queue and no bot on the other end — the chat widget can handle order lookups, but anything real reaches a person.

Still stuck?

If the answer isn't here, it's a short email away — and that's genuinely the fastest route.
