These terms apply whenever you use this site or place an order with 2AM. By checking out, you're agreeing to them.
2AM sells apparel produced through print-on-demand partners (Printify / Tapstitch). Items are made to order, so drops are limited and a sold-out size or piece may not return. Colors may vary slightly from photos depending on your screen and the print process.
Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Square at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation; we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we can't fulfill (for example, a sizing/inventory issue with our print partner).
Orders ship within 3–5 business days via Printify / Tapstitch. Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves the printer.
Because every piece is made to order, returns and exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind are not offered. Items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or different from what your order confirmation says are covered in full: email chrisclm713@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund, with nothing to send back. Print-placement variation of up to half an inch on direct-to-garment items, and minor color variation between screen and fabric, are normal and not defects. WARDROBE codes and Rewards points are offered at 2AM's discretion, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be changed, capped, or discontinued at any time. Rewards points accrue at 1 point per $1 spent and unlock coupons automatically at 100/250/500/1000 lifetime points, per the program's current terms on this site.
Don't use this site to attempt fraud, abuse checkout or coupon systems, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.
2AM provides this site and its products as-is. To the extent allowed by law, 2AM isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products beyond the value of your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the seller's home state. (Chris — confirm your actual state here before treating this as final.)
We may update these terms as the business changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
