Privacy Policy

2AM ("2AM," "we," "us") sells apparel and everyday essentials through this site. This page explains what information we collect when you shop, sign up, or contact us, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email support@2amcases.online and ask.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

Email address — when you join the list, check your Rewards points, or check out.
Shipping details — name and address, at checkout, so your order can be delivered.
Order details — items purchased, order total, and coupon or Rewards codes used.

We do not collect or store your card number. Payment is processed directly by Square; 2AM only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, and to email you order/shipping updates.
To send drop announcements or Rewards updates, only to addresses that signed up for them.
To calculate and apply Rewards points and coupon codes.
To respond to support requests sent to our email.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Square — processes payment. Square's own privacy policy governs how they handle card data.
Printify / Tapstitch — our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. They receive your name and shipping address to print and ship your order, nothing more.

We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Services your browser contacts

Beyond the two above, this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That sets no cookie, but Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. Product photography is served from Printify's image CDN, so they see the request for each image. Square's payment scripts load only when you reach the payment step, never on an ordinary page view. That's the complete list — there is nothing else.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies at all — no advertising pixels and no session recording. (Optional anonymous visit counting, only if you accept it, is described under Analytics below.) It uses your browser's local storage to remember what's in your cart, your consent choice, and to show your order confirmation after checkout. That's purely functional and never leaves your device except when you actually place an order. The full, key-by-key breakdown is on the Cookie Policy page.

Analytics

2AM runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If you tap Accept on our notice, we count page visits using our own server: the page you viewed and the website you came from (name only). No cookie is set, your IP address is never stored, and nothing about your bag, name, email or order is included. The server keeps only a code scrambled with a secret that changes daily, so visitors can be counted within a day but not followed across days or identified. These records are deleted after 180 days. If you tap Decline, or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing runs. Details are on the Cookie Policy page.

Data retention

We keep order and signup records as long as needed to run the business and meet our own tax/accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your email from our mailing list or Rewards records at any time — email us and we'll remove it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from drop emails using the link in any email, or by asking us directly.
Request a copy of what we have on file for your email, or ask us to delete it.
Clear your cart/order data anytime by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

Children's privacy

2AM is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
